Ke Kengsy aka Dan, working in hospital P-98, admitted that in April 1974, Rath told him that Loem, chief [trainer]of Kampong Cham military strategic training school, and Loeng, chief of Kampong Cham garage, were his traitorous networks. Ke Kengsy aka Dan did not clarify their treacherous activities.
