Ke Thao aka Nang, medical worker of hospital P-31, confessed that in October 1972 Peou, Chief of Battalion, Division 117, received a plan from Roat, chief of Northern Zone logistics, to expand traitorous network and to set up plan to liberate country in October 1973. When, the power was taken over, Peou would be a member of the Labor Party Central Committee of Kampuchea who was responsible for deputy Secretary of Division. But, if not, Peou was continuously responsible for increasing forces in order to rebel against the party.
កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យព-៣១ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ពៅ ប្រធាន យុទ្ធជនវរសេនាតូច កងពល ១១៧ ថានៅខែ១០ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧២ ពៅ ទទួលផែនការពី រាត់ «ប្រធានភស្ដុភារភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ» ឱ្យកសាង កម្លាំងក្បត់ និង ផែនការរំដោះប្រទេស ខែ១០ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣។ ពៅ ជាសមាជិកគណៈមជ្ឈឹមបក្សពលករកម្ពុជា នាទីអនុលេខាកងពលធំ នៅពេលដែលរឹបបានអំណាច។ ពេលមិនបានជ័យជំនះ ពៅ មានភារៈកិច្ចកសាងកម្លាំងយោធា ដើម្បីប្រឆាំងបក្សតទៅទៀត។
