Hao Tei went to study in France and obtained the certificate of electric engineer. After that, he worked in Phnom Daun Penh power plan and supervised to install electric network in factory; moreover, he joined the army and then worked as captain spy, under the direct nomination of Lun Non.
ហោ តី បានទៅរៀននៅស្រុកបារាំងជាប់សញ្ញាប័ត្រវិស្វករខាង អគិ្គសនី បន្ទាប់មកបានចូលធ្វើការនៅរោងចក្រអគិ្គសនីភំ្នដូនពេញ មាននាទីជានាយកខាងតភ្លើងនិងគ្រប់គ្រងកុ្នងរោងចក្រ។ បន្ទាប់មក ទៀតបានចូលធ្វើទាហាន និងធ្វើគិញពាក់សកិ្ក ៣ ក្រោមការចាត់ តាំងផ្ទាល់របស់ លន់ ណុន។
