On May 28, 1975, Beijing radios on articles of the Chinese delegation; Romania-Korea signature to broaden their cooperation; Hanoi radios on the declaration of 27th about Preah Vihear's liberation; and Vietnam-Burma agreement on a diplomatic tie. On 27th, the Liberation radio on a meeting of Communist Party in the US held in New York for the Vietnam's victory over the imperialists.
ថ្ងៃទី២៨ ឧសភា ១៩៧៥ វិទ្យុប៉េកាំង៖ ផ្សាយពីអត្ថបទរបស់គណៈ ប្រតិភូចិន។ ពិធីចុះហត្ថលេខាពីការពង្រីកកិច្ចសហការណ៍រវាងរូម៉ានី និង កូរ៉េ។ វិទ្យុហាណូយ ថ្ងៃទី២៨ ឧសភា ១៩៧៥ៈ ពីកម្ពុជាដោយ ដកស្រង់សេចក្ដីប្រកាសថ្ងៃ២៧ ពីការរំដោះខេត្ដព្រះវិហារ។ វៀតណាម និង ភូមាស្រុះស្រួលបង្កើតការទាក់ទងផ្លូវទូត។ នៅថ្ងៃ ២៧ វិទ្យុរំដោះ បានផ្សាយអំពី មីទិញបក្សកុម្មុនីសនៅអាមេរិក ដែលធ្វើឡើងនៅញូយ៉ក ពីជ័យជំនះរបស់វៀតណាមបានកំទេចចក្រ ពត្ដិ។
