Chiem Choeun aka Chun, working in train unit, admitted that he contacted Huot Sam Aun, chief of Romeas railroad sub-district, to expand hidden forces in train worker unit in order to oppose to the revolution. In March 1976, he reported the force expanding activities to Hout Sam Aun, and Hout Sam Aun, and then introduced Khuon Bunthoeun, Free Khmer member to Chun.
ជៀម ជឿន ហៅ ជុន អង្គភាពរទេះភើ្លង បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ហួត សំអូន គណៈសង្កាត់ផ្លូវរទេះភើ្លងរមាស បានទាក់ទងគ្នាដើម្បី កសាងកម្លាំងនៅកុ្នងកម្មកររទេះភើ្លងឱ្យប្រឆាំងនិងបដិវត្ដ។ ដល់ខែ៣ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ ខ្លួនបានរាយការណ៍ឱ្យ ហួត សំអូន អំពីសកម្មភាព កសាងកម្លាំង ហើយ ហួត សំអូន បានឧទេ្ទសនាមឱ្យ ផុន ស្គាល់ ខ្មែរសេរី ឃួន ប៊ុនធឿន។
