Chu Chay aka Chav, member of company, division 310, confessed that because of the indoctrination of Ly, working in regiment 13, Han betrayed. Under the introduction of Uk On aka Nan, Han and Ly had killed comrade Saray. Nan assigned Han and Ly to build up at least 3 or 4 new forces a month and be required to keep secrete of that activity. Han, Nakk and Ly killed Muon aka Nuon. In March 1975, Nakkand Ly received plans from Nan to build up female forces because Nan though that females forces could convince male soldiers to join in the New party movement. In May 1975, Nakk and Ly joined the meeting in order to collect foodstuff. In September 1975, Chhan ordered Nakk and Ly to break through dams. In February 1976, Nakk and Ly were assigned from Chhan to explode the grenade in Tuol Kok Textile Factory. In July 1976, Nakk, Ly and partisans destroyed gasoline storage, but they lose the victory. In August 1976, Him was killed because of the shooting of Yean and Pon.
ជុ ចយ ហៅ ចេវ សមាជិកអនុសេនាធំ កងពល ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយថា ហាន ក្បត់ព្រោះ លី វរសេនាធំ ១៣ ជាអ្នកអប់រំ។ ហាន រួមជាមួយ លី បានសម្លាប់សមមិត្ដ សារ៉ាយ តាមការណែ នាំរបស់ អ៊ុក អុន ហៅ ណន។ ណន បានចាត់តាំងអ្នកទាំង ២ ឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងថ្មី យ៉ាងហោចណាស់ បាន៣ ទៅ៤នាក់ ក្នុង ១ ខែ។ ចំពោះសកម្មភាពត្រូវចេះលក្ខការណ៍ឱ្យបានជិត ពិនិត្យ សកម្មភាពកសាងកម្លាំងកន្លងមក។ ឈ្មោះ មួន ហៅ នួន បានស្លាប់ ដោយសារឈ្មោះ ហាន, ណាក់, លី ជាអ្នកសម្លាប់។ នៅខែ៣ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ណាក់, លី ទទួលផែនការពីណន ឱ្យខំកសាងនារី ព្រោះ ងាយស្រួលដល់ការអូសទាញកម្លាំងយុទ្ធជនឱ្យចូលរួមក្នុងចលនាបក្ស ថ្មី។ នៅខែ៥ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ណាក់ នីង លី បានចូលរួមប្រជុំ ដើម្បីប្រមូលស្បៀងត្រៀមវាយបក្ស។ នៅខែ៩ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ អ្នកទាំង ២ បានទំលាយទំនប់តាមបញ្ជារបស់ ឆន។ ខែ ២-១៩៧៦ អ្នកទាំង ២ បានទទួលការចាត់តាំងពី ឆន ឱ្យបោកគ្រាប់ បែកនៅរោងចក្រតម្បាញទួលគោក។ ខែ ៧-១៩៧៦ អ្នកទាំង ២ រួមនិងបក្សពួក បានកំទេចឃ្លាំងសាំងតែត្រូវបរាជ័យ។ ខែ ៨-១៩៧៦ ហ៊ីម បានស្លាប់ដោយសារឈ្មោះ យាន និង ប៉ុន បាញ់ សម្លាប់។
