Chann Nuon aka Sy Nuon, chief of wine factory at Kilometer 6, confessed that he knew Heng worked as traitorous network, because Voeung and Chhan told him. Heng's responsibility was to mobilize [traitorous networks], and to strengthen their consciousness. On 20 March 1976, Heng led the traitorous force to shoot secretly at the party's leaders at the Tuol Kok's street. On 26 March 1976, Sy Nuon reported that Heng contacted Phat aka Kheang, who was a traitorous network of Oeun, at sub-district to gather force to revolt against the revolution.
