Chhay Cheng aka Phat, Soldier of Division 502, Confessed that in 1976, he, Lem, Sem, cadres of Company 2, Division 502, and Kim, chief of group 8, received plan from Vey to increase in traitors, to assassinate top cadres of the party, and secretly to plant mines in Pochentong Airport in order to kill international Visitors.
ឆាយ ចេង ហៅ ផាត យុទ្ធជនកងពល៥០២ បាននិយាយថាខ្លួននិង ឈ្មោះ ឡែម, សែម កម្មាភិបាលកងអនុសេនាធំទី២ កងពល៥០២, គីម មេក្រុមទី៨ បានទៅទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ វៃ នៅកុ្នង ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ ឱ្យប្រមូលកម្លាំងក្បត់បន្ថែមទៀត និងលួចបាញ់កម្មាភិបាល ធំៗរបស់បក្ស ហើយលួចយកមីនទៅដាក់ នៅពោធិចិនតុង ដើម្បីសម្លាប់ភ្ញៀវបរទេស។
