Ros Seam aka Song, Secreatry of Division 310 Regiment, did not clarify the previous activities of Leng, Soldier of Small Unit, Logistical Battalion, Division 310. In the middle of May 1976, Oeun and Voeung held a traitorous meeting to verify expanded core traitors; during that time, Yeat, working in Logistical Battalion, reported that Leng was a core force, who could serve in treacherous activities in the future.
ឈ្មោះ រស់ ស៊ាម ហៅ សុង លេខាវរសេនាធំ កងពល ៣១០ មិនបានបញ្ជាក់ពីសកម្មភាពរបស់ឈ្មោះ ឡេង យោធាកងតូច វរសេនាតូចភស្ដុភារ កងពល ៣១០ ពីមុនមកទេ។ នៅពាក់កណ្ដាល ខែ៥ ១៩៧៦ អឿន និង វឿង បានបើកការប្រជុំក្បត់មួយ ដើម្បី ពិនិត្យស្នូលក្បត់ដែលបានកសាងកន្លងមក ពេលនោះឈ្មោះ យាត វរសេនាតូចភស្ដុភាររាយការណ៍ថា ឡេង ជាកម្លាំងដែលអាចបំរើ សកម្មភាពក្បត់ទៅអនាគតបាន។
