Phal, alias Sieng Pha, male, was born in 1947 and disappeared. Interviewed with his 77-year-old elder cousin-in-law Seng Uon; Phal៌s father was Sieng Phon and mother was Kam Som. Phal had 4 siblings, and he was born in Kang Ta Ning 6 village, Kang Ta Ning sub-district, Kang Meas district, Kampong Cham province. When he was a child, Phal studied a lot, and it៌s heard that he studied until grade 4. Phal became a monk for three years, and he then continued to be the monk in Phnom Penh. Phal studied a lot of Dharma. It was later heard that Phal joined the Khmer Rouge Line for the Nation. After that, Lon Nol officials came to search in order to arrest him at his home town, asking his parents where he was, but nothing was found. After 1970 coup, there were many Vietnamese soldiers all over the village. Vietnamese soldiers came to sleep under villagers៌ houses in order to fight back with Lon Nol soldiers. People didn៌t understand well, but they only knew that Khmer was divided into two groups. In 1977, it៌s seen that Phal together with his wife came to visit home. After returning to Kratie province, Phal never returned to his home village. It was in 1978 that Yoeun working with Phal during the Khmer Rouge regime told that he was arrested by Angkar. It was since that time that Phal has never returned to his home village. According to his biography, Phal studied until grade 6 [in the old system] and became a monk in Kang Ta Ning pagoda. Because of being eager to study, Phal came to become a monk in Kam San pagoda in Chbar Ampeou and continued being the monk, and he studied until grade 12 in Buddhist High School. While being the monk, Phal was serving as the Khmer Rouge network since 1969. After leaving the monkhood, Phal volunteered to serve as a Khmer Rouge soldier in 1971 and was continuously promoted until becoming an assistant of 505th Division in Kratie province.
ផល ហៅ សៀង ផា ភេទប្រុស កើតឆ្នាំ១៩៤៧ បាត់ខ្លួន។ ជួបជាមួយឈ្មោះ សេង អួន អាយុ ៧៧ឆ្នាំ ត្រូវជាបងថៃ្លជីដូន មួយ។ ផល មានឪពុកឈ្មោះ សៀង ផុន ម្ដាយឈ្មោះ គាំ សំ មានបង ប្អូន៤នាក់ មានស្រុកកំណើតនៅភូមិកងតាណឹងទី៦ ឃុំកងតាណឹង ស្រុកកងមាស ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ ផល កាលពីតូច រៀនបានច្រើនណាស់ ឮថារៀនដល់ថ្នាក់ទី៤អីណា ហើយបួស ជាព្រះសង្ឃនៅវត្ដកងតា ណឹងបានបីវស្សាហើយបន្ដបួសនៅ ភ្នំពេញ រៀនធម៌បានច្រើនទៀត ក្រោយមកឮថា បានចូលខ្សែខាង ខែ្មរក្រហមដើម្បីជាតិ។ ក្រោយមកមានខាងមន្រ្ដីរាជការខាង លន់ នល់ មកស្រាវជ្រាវរកចាប់ខ្លួនដល់ ស្រុកកំណើត មកសួរឪពុក ម្ដាយបងប្អូនតែមិនឃើញ។ ក្រោយរដ្ឋប្រហារឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ឃើញមានកង ទ័ពយួនចូលមកពេញភូមិ កងទ័ពយួនចូលមកដេក សម្រាកក្រោមផ្ទះប្រជាជនដើម្បីវាយតបជាមួយ ទាហាន លន់ នល់ ប្រជាជនក៏មិនសូវយល់ដែរគ្រាន់តែដឹងថា ខែ្មរយើងបានបែង ចែកគ្នាជាពីរក្រុម។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧ ឃើញ ផល និងប្រពន្ធ ត្រឡប់មកលេងផ្ទះបានម្ដង ពេលត្រឡប់ទៅខេត្ដក្រចេះវិញ មិនឃើញមកលេងទៀតទេ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៨ ដឹងដំណឹងតាម រយៈខែ្មរក្រហមធ្លាប់ធ្វើការជាមួយ ផល ឈ្មោះ យឿន ប្រាប់ថា ផល អង្គការចាប់ខ្លួន តាំងពីនោះមកដល់ពេលនេះមិនឃើញត្រឡប់ មកស្រុក កំណើតវិញទេ។ បើប្រវត្ដិរូប ផល រៀនបានដល់ថ្នាក់ទី៦ឪចាស់ឱ និងជាព្រះសង្ឃនៅវត្ដកងតាណឹង ដោយសារចង់រៀន បនែ្ថមទៀតក៏មកបួសនៅវត្ដកំសាន្ដ ច្បារអំពៅ ហើយបន្ដមកវត្ដ ស្រះចករៀនដល់ វិទ្យាល័យពុទ្ធិកដល់ថ្នាក់ទី២។ បួស ជាព្រះសង្ឃ បណ្ដើរលួចចូលខ្សែរយៈខែ្មរក្រហមបណ្ដើរតាំងពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៦៩។ ក្រោយមកបានលាចាកសិក្ខាបទមកវិញ បានស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដចូលជា យោធាខែ្មរក្រហមនៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧១ ហើយបានឡើងឋានៈជាបន្ដ បន្ទាប់រហូតបានក្លាយជាជំនួយការតំបន់៥០៥ នៅខេត្ដក្រចេះ។
