Thean Marady is PTSD victim. He got married to Neak Bunna in 1986. His wife is a primary teacher. He has 4 children. His father called Thean Sin. Thean Sin disappeared in 1975. His mother called Makk Khun. Makk Khun died four months ago. He has 4 siblings. In the Khmer Rouge regime, he was lacking of food, medical care and shelter. He got serious injury. He was brainwashed. He was forced to separate from his family members. He was drown in 1976. He had been suffocating from 1977-1978. He used to loose consciousness for 10 minutes.Recently, he has recurrent thoughts of the most hurtful events. He has recurrent nightmares. He is unable to feel emotions. He feels jumpy. He finds it is hard to concentrate. He is avoiding activities that remind him of the traumatic events. He is avoiding thoughts associated with the traumatic experience. He blames himself for things that have happened. He spends time thinking about why these events happened to him. He feels that if there is no one he can rely on.
ធាន មារ៉ាឌីមានជំងឺបាក់ស្បាត។ គាត់រៀបការជាមួយនាក់ ប៊ុនណានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៨៦។ ប្រពន្ធរបស់គាត់ជាគ្រូបឋមសិក្សា។ គាត់មានកូន៤នាក់។ ឪពុករបស់គាត់ឈ្មោះធាន សិន ប៉ុនែ្ដបាត់ខ្លួននៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥។ ម្ដាយឈ្មោះម៉ក់ ឃុន។ ម៉ក់ ឃុនស្លាប់ប្រមាណ៤ខែមុន។ គាត់មានបងប្អូនបង្កើត៤នាក់។ នៅសម័យខែ្មរក្រហមគាត់ខ្វះខាតម្ហូបអាហារ ទឹក ថ្នាំពេទ្យព្យាបាល និងជម្រកស្នាក់នៅ។ គាត់រងរបួសធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ។ គាត់ធ្លាប់ត្រូវគេផ្លាស់ប្ដូរគំនិត។ គាត់ត្រូវខែ្មរក្រហមបំបែកចេញពីសមាជិកគ្រួសារដោយបង្ខំ។ គាត់ធ្លាប់លង់ទឹកនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦។ គាត់ធ្លាប់ថប់ដង្ហើមពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧-១៩៧៨។ គាត់ធ្លាប់សន្លប់បាត់ស្មារតីរយៈពេល១០នាទី។ បច្ចុប្បន្នគាត់ចេះតែធើ្វអោយនឹកឃើញជារឿយៗដល់ហេតុការណ៍គួរអោយភ័យខ្លាចបំផុតរបស់គាត់។ គាត់យល់សប្ដិអាក្រក់ជារឿយៗ។ គាត់ពុំអាចនឹងមានអារម្មណ៍អ្វីសោះ។ គាត់ឆាប់ភ្ញាក់ផ្អើល។ គាត់ពិបាកផ្ចង់គំនិតទៅលើអ្វីមួយ។ គាត់ចង់ជៀសវាងនូវសកម្មភាពណាដែលធ្វើឱ្យគាត់នឹកដល់ហេតុការណ៍ក្រៀមក្រំចិត្ដរបស់គាត់។ គាត់ចង់ជៀសវាងមិនឱ្យគិតអំពីហេតុការណ៍ដ៏ក្រៀមក្រំចិត្ដឬពោរពេញដោយការឈឺចាប់របស់គាត់។ គាត់ស្ដីបន្ទោសខ្លួនឯងចំពោះរឿងដែលបានកើតឡើង។ គាត់ចេះតែធើ្វឱ្យចំណាយពេលគិតឆ្ងល់ថាហេតុអី្វហេតុការណ៍ទាំងនោះកើតមានចំពោះគាត់។ គាត់គិតថាគ្មាននរណាម្នាក់គួរអោយពឹងពាក់បាន។
