On January 14, 1974, about 3,000 Khmer Communist soldiers in company 29, battalion K1, region 2, under the commander of Chhum, deployed between UU 770-817 and UU 790-820 in Bakan district, Pursat province. 40 others were nominated to rob villagers of their properties, and burnt their houses down in the above mention region. They attempted to destroy the national armed force bases at UU 755-824 in Luong pagoda and at UU 798-816 in Ek pagoda, Bakan district, Pursat province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៤-មករា-១៩៧៤ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដចំនួនប្រហែល ៣០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់អាវុធស្ថិតនៅកងវរៈសេនាតូច គ១ និងកងអនុ សេនាធំលេខ២៩ ជាទ័ពស្រួចក្នុងតំបន់២ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ ឈុំ បានធ្វើចលនាចូលមករាយគ្នាស្នាក់នៅចាប់ពីចំណុចអ៊ុយអ៊ុយ ៧៧០-៨៧៧ រហូតដល់ចំណុចអ៊ុយអ៊ុយ ៧៩០-៨២០ ក្នុងស្រុកបាកាន ខេត្ដពោធិ៍សាត់។ ខ្មាំងចាត់គ្នាចំនួនប្រមាណ៤០នាក់ឱ្យចូលទៅប្លន់យក ទ្រព្យសម្បត្ដិពីអ្នកស្រុកក្នុងតំបន់ខាងលើនេះ ពិសេសដុតផ្ទះចោល ទៀតផង។ គោលបំ ណងខ្មាំងប្រុងវាយប្រហារទីតាំងកងទ័ពជាតិ នៅវត្ដលួង ត្រង់ចំណុចអ៊ុយអ៊ុយ ៧៥៥-៨២៤ និងវត្ដឯក ត្រង់ចំណុចអ៊ុយអ៊ុយ ៧៩៨-៨១៦ ក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗនេះ។
