Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Ten days after the attack at Sre Ches legislative centre and after the arrest of Viet Cong, on 4-11-1974 Kin Siek turned up. He was a former sergeant in national armed forces and national military police. According to the sources he was apprehended by enemy at Prekbrasab district, Kratie province. In Kratie province enemies formed commercial collective within regions and down communes. They assigned people, inside and outside region to collect food from government area, and some food came from South Viet Kong. He didn't know clearly about enemies activity because he was a common people who fled from enemy area.
ឈ្មោះ គិន សៀក បានបង្ហាញខ្លួនកាលពីថ្ងៃទី៤ វិច្ឆិកា ១៩៧៤ ក្រោយពីការចាប់បាននៃពួកយួនយៀកកុងខាងជើងរយះពេល១០ថ្ងៃ ក្រោយពីវាយប្រហារគ្នានៅមណ្ឌលដីឥកម្មស្រែជេស។ សាមុីជន នេះជាអតីតនាយកក្នុងកងយោធពលខេមរជាតិ និងជាកងរាជតម្រួត ជាតិ។ តាមប្រភពសាម៉ីជននេះបានជាប់ខ្លួននៅព្រែកប្រសប់ ខេត្ដ ក្រចេះ។ នៅក្នុងខេត្ដក្រចេះទាំងមូល ខ្មាំងបានចាត់តាំងឱ្យមានជា សហករណ៍ពាណិជ្ជកម្មតាំងពីតំបន់រហូតដល់សង្កាត់ ហើយពួកវាបានចាត់ឱ្យប្រជាជនក្នុងនិងក្រៅដើរប្រមូលស្បៀងពីតំបន់ដែលរដ្ឋាភិបាល កាន់កាប់ និងបានពីការជួយឧបត្ថម្ភពីយួនយៀកកុងខាងត្បូង។ ដោយ ហេតុថា គិន សៀក នេះរត់រួចពីតំបន់ខ្មាំង ហើយមានឋានៈជា ប្រជាជនសាមញ្ញ ដូចេ្នះទើបពុំសូវដឹងពីសកម្មភាពច្បាស់លាស់ របស់ពួកខ្មាំង។
