These two defectors were in different Communes and districts of Kampong Speu province. They defected because they were forced to join army in economic section and given less privilege.
ជនភ្ញាក់រលឹកទាំងពីររូបនេះនៅស្រុក-សង្កាត់ផេ្សងគ្នាក្នុង ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។ ការដែលបានចូលសារភាព ដោយសារតែខ្មាំងបង្ខិតបង្ខំឱ្យចូលបំរើកងទ័ព ផ្នែកសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងរំលោភលើសេរីភាពខ្លាំងពេក។
