According to the source, in July 1974, deputy Sourn and Sat pho chhouy estabished 150 soldiers company 209, under the to battalion 35, positioned in zone 5 in Kong Pisey district, Kampong Speu province. This company was under deputy, Ta Tum and Ta San's control, and Chann was a chief of economic. The company's location was situated under trees 900m in the South of Angkor Chum, point VT 941-613 and there were 15 Khmer Communist soldiers to guard the security.
ប្រភពព័ត៌មានបានផ្ដល់ថាៈ នៅខែកក្កដា ១៩៧៤ ឈ្មោះសួន និង សាត ភូឈួយបានរៀបចំកងអនុសេនាធំ ១ លេខ ២០៩ ស្ថិតក្នុងកងវរ សេនាតូច ៣៥ ប្រចាំភូមិភាគលេខ៥ នៅស្រុកគងពិសី កំពង់ស្ពឺមានចំនួន ១៥០នាក់ ក្រោមការត្រួតត្រារបស់តាទុំ តាសាន (ភូឈួយ)និង ចាន់ ប្រធានសេដ្ឋកិច្ច។ ទីតាំងនៃកងវរសេនាធំនេះស្ថិតនៅ ក្រោមដើមឈើ ចំងាយ៩០០មខាងត្បូងអង្គជុំត្រង់ចំណុច វេតេ៩៤១-៦១៣ ដែលមាន កងទ័ពខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដចំនួន១៥នាក់ ការពារសន្ដិសុខ។
