On October 14, 1973, Khmer rebels made propaganda to residents from Vea Ka-Am village to Prek Dam Bang village, Russei Chroy sub-district, Muk Kampul district that if any comrade had children who were 16 years old had to join the army. Educated women were promised to be teachers. But if anyone didn't follow this order, they would be killed.
ថ្ងៃទី ១៤ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ពួកខ្មាំងមួយចំនួនឃោសនាប្រាប់ អ្នកស្រុកពីភូមិវាក្អម រហូតដល់ភូមិព្រែកដំបង សង្កាត់ឫស្សីជ្រោយ ស្រុកមុខកំពូល ថាបើមិត្ដណាមានកូនចាប់ពីអាយុ១៦ឆ្នាំឡើងទៅ ត្រូវចូលបម្រើអង្គការ។ បើស្ដ្រីណាចេះអក្សរ ពួកវាឱ្យធ្វើគ្រូ បង្រៀន។ បើអ្នកស្រុកណាហ៊ានរឹងទទឹង ពួកវានឹងសម្លាប់ចោល។
