On 20 January 1974, cadre committee in Muk Kampoal district were appointed by Khmer Communist as follow.
1.Comrade Sum Boeun(chief of district Muk Kampoul), 2.Loeung Pring (deputy chief of district Muk Kampoul), 3. Nhek Phum (chief of village Prek Reussei), 4. Dem (chief of village Kraol Ko). កាលពីថ្ងៃ២០ ខែមករា ១៩៧៤ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដបានតែងតាំង គណៈកម្មាភិបាលស្រុកមុខកំពូលដូចជាៈ ១, មិត្ដ សុំ ទឿន ប្រធាន គណៈស្រុកមុខកំពូល, ២, លឿង ព្រីង អនុគណៈស្រុក, ៣, ញឹក ផុន ប្រធានភូមិព្រែកឬស្សី និង ឌឹម ប្រធានភូមិក្រោលគោ។
