On October 22, 1973, there were about 400 equipped-guns Khmer rebels, most of them were Muslim, traveled from Prek Lvea village, Kor He sub-district, Srey Santhor district, Kampong Cham province, and they transported war equipment s by boat to Sre Muoy Rory village, Sambuor sub-district, Muk Kampoul district. These enemies attempted to attack on the national force position at Prek Anh-chanh and destroyed bridges in Muk Kampoul district.
នៅថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមប្រហែល៤០០នាក់ ចម្រុះចាម ប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ បានធ្វើចលនាចេញពីព្រែកល្វា សង្កាត់គោហេ ស្រុកស្រីសន្ធរ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម ដឹកគ្រឿងសព្វាវុធ តាមទូកចូលមកភូមិស្រែមួយរយ និងភូមិចម្ការយួន សង្កាត់សំបួរ ស្រុកមុខកំពូល «ភ្នំដិល»។ ខ្មាំងខាងលើនេះ មានបំណងប្រុងវាយ ប្រហារទីតាំងការពារយើងនៅព្រែកអញ្ចាញ និងផ្ដាច់ស្ពាននានានៅ ក្នុងស្រុកមុខកំពូល។
