According to information provided by agency, on October 19, 1973, about 100 families of villagers fled to the occupied Khmer rebels Center in Russei Srok village in Chheu Teal sub-district. On October 21, 1973, there were another 100 families of villagers living in Chheu Teal and Kampong Svay sub-district, Kien Svay district attempted to flee into the center of Khmer Rebel because Khmer rebels mingle with residents to make a propaganda that they prepared villages for those villagers in which they said that you lake your own house.
តាមភ្នាក់ងារផ្ដល់ពត៌មានមកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានអ្នកស្រុកប្រហែល១០០គ្រួសារ បានភៀសខ្លួនទៅរស់នៅមណ្ឌល ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមកាន់កាប់ នៅភូមិឫស្សីស្រុក សង្កាត់ឈើទាល នៅថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ នៅថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ក៏មាន អ្នកស្រុកប្រហែល១០០គ្រួសារទៀតប្រុងធ្វើដំណើរទៅនៅមណ្ឌល ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមដែរ។ អ្នកស្រុកទាំងនេះសុទ្ធតែមានលំនៅក្នុងសង្កាត់ឈើ ទាល និងកំពង់ស្វាយ ស្រុកកៀនស្វាយ។ មូលហេតុដោយពួកខ្មាំង បន្លំធ្វើជាអ្នកស្រុកមកឃោសនាថាកំពុងរៀបចំភូមិឱ្យអ្នកស្រុកចុះទៅ នៅភូមិវិញ អត់គៀរទៀតទេ ដោយផ្ទះអ្នកណាអ្នកនោះនៅវិញ។
