Summary / Abstract :

Ming Khim just fled from Khmer rebels region said that about 800 to 1,000 Khmer rebels were collected from Prey Kabass and Bati district in region 13 and 15 and to join the meeting in Prey Sva. On October 24, 1973 a woman leader of meeting, mentioned about the surrounding around special positions, especially Phnom Penh, and she also talked about the escape of villagers and civil official about 500 families from republic region. On October 25, 1973, Khmer Rebels went to Kandal Stung district and stayed in villages next to Wat Preah Theat, and attempted to launch offensive in Ta Khmao town and Dangko in dry-season.
ឈ្មោះ មីង ឃឹម ដែលទើបមកពីតំបន់ខ្មាំង គាត់បាននិយាយថា មាន ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមកំពុងតែប្រមូលទ័ពឡើងមកពីស្រុកព្រៃកប្បាស និងស្រុកបាទី ប្រហែល៨០០នាក់ទៅ១,០០០នាក់ ក្នុងតំបន់១៣និង១៥ មករួមប្រជុំ ម្ដុំព្រៃស្វា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ដោយមានស្ដ្រីម្នាក់ ជាប្រធាន។ កិច្ចប្រជុំបានលើកឡើងពីការឡោមពទ្ធ័ទីតាំងសំខាន់ៗ ពិសេសគឺភ្នំពេញ ពួកអ្នក និងអ្នករដ្ឋការខ្លះកំពុងរត់ចេញពីសាធារណ រដ្ឋ។ បន្ទាប់មកប្រធានស្រីនោះបាននាំអ្នកស្រុកប្រហែល៥០០គ្រួសារ រត់ចេញពីសាធារណរដ្ឋ។ លុះដល់ថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ពួក ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមនាំគ្នាធ្វើចលនាមកស្រុកកណ្ដាលស្ទឹង មកស្នាក់នៅតាមភូមិអ្នក ស្រុកក្បែរវត្ដព្រះធាតុ ក្នុងបំណងប្រុងវាយចូលក្រុងតាខ្មៅ និងដង្កោរ ក្នុងពេលទឹកសម្រក។
