Prak Sok aka San, 20, who was born in Chang Kriek village, Svay Ampear commune, Korng Pisey district, Kampong Speu province, was a member of sabotage team of enemies positioned in Phnom Penh, and was arrested on March 6, 1974. Before 18 March 1970 event, he went to visit his homeland and was stuck there. Then he entered the monkhood and fled to Phnom Penh. Next he left the monkhood and continued to study. After that in 1973, he served republic police as third deputy inspector. In 1974 he joined sabotage team through his younger brother, Prak Savoan. He urged Lim Leangheng, Van Nit, Ieng Laem, Pich Saroeun to scout and throw grenades at Pochentong.
ប្រាក់ សុខ ហៅ សាន អាយុ២០ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅភូមិចង្រៀក ឃុំស្វាយអំពារ ស្រុកគងពិសី ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ ជាសមាជិកក្រុមបណ្ដាញ វិចេ្ឆទកម្មរបស់ខ្មាំងប្រចាំនៅភ្នំពេញដែលត្រូវចាប់បាននៅថ្ងៃ៦ មីនា ១៩៧៤។ មុនព្រឹត្ដិការណ៍១៨ មីនា ១៩៧០ ឈ្មោះនេះបានទៅលេង ស្រុក ហើយជាប់នៅទីនោះ។ ក្រោយមកក៍បួសជាសង្ឃហើយភៀសខ្លួន មកភ្នំពេញហើយផ្សឹកចូលរៀនបន្ដ។ បន្ទាប់មកចូលធ្វើជាប៉ូលីស សាធារណរដ្ឋនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានការងារជានាយត្រួតរងថ្នាក់ទី៣។ ១៩៧៤ ក៍បានចូលបម្រើក្រុមវិចេ្ឆទកម្មតាមរយៈប្អូនឈ្មោះ ប្រាក់ សាវ័ន ហើយធ្វើសកម្មភាពបំផុសឈ្មោះ លឹម លាងហេង, នាងវ៉ាន់ និត, អៀង ឡឹម, ពេជ សារឿន ធ្វើសកម្មភាពយកការណ៍ និងបោកគ្រាប់បែក នៅពោធិ៍ចិនតុង។
