Men Roeun, a member of the enemy sabotage line in Phnom Penh, was born in Chakreth village, Trapeangkorng sub-district, Samrongtong district, Kampong Speu province, in 1944. He was arrested in Dekat school on 21 March 1974. Roeun, named Phuong, was a chief of Kbal Khcheay village. He persuaded Roeun to join the army in this village. Roeun was responsible for investigating national force position in Phnom Penh, and transporting war equipments such as hand grenades in order to supply them to saboteurs who worked in his group so as to make up blasting hand grenade in Phnom Penh city.
ម៉ែន រឿន កើតនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៤៤នៅភូមិចក្រវិត សង្កាត់ត្រពាំងគង ស្រុកសំរោងទង កំពង់ស្ពឺ។ រឿន ជាសមាជិកក្រុមបណ្ដាញវិចេ្ឆទកម្មខ្មាំង នៅភ្នំពេញដែលត្រូវចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃ២១ មីនា ១៩៧៤ នៅវិទ្យាល័យ ដេកាត។ រឿនត្រូវបានឈ្មោះ ភួង ប្រធានភូមិក្បាលខ្ជាយបញ្ចុះបញ្ចូល ឱ្យបម្រើខ្មាំង។ សកម្មភាពរបស់រឿនគឺដើរពិនិត្យទីតាំងនានានៅភ្នំពេញ និងជាអ្នកដឹកនាំសម្ភារសឹកមានគ្រាប់បែកជាដើមទៅផ្ដល់ឱ្យពួកវិចេ្ឆទករ ដើម្បីធ្វើឱ្យមានការផ្ទុះគ្រាប់បែកនៅក្នុងក្រុងភ្នំពេញ។
