Seng Phai, who was a combatant in gancy 3th company 952, battalion 118 was apprehened on 2 December 1973 at the south of Dam Nak Am Pil with one B40 and its two bullets. He used to learn military strategy at Prek Ta Mem Koh Thom district with khmer teacher. This unit was located in region 25, then it moved to region 15 which was located in village Trapeang Chreou, near Wat Ang thma. Moul Vat was a commander, Pich was a deputy commander. The unit consisted of 300 soldiers equipped with weapons. Some weapons were plundered during the attack with national army and some were Viet Cong's weapons which were hidden under the ground. Inhabitants were satisfied with these khmer rouge because khmer rouge never mistreated them. During the harvest season, khmer rouge bought people's products and left in those house.
ឈ្មោះនេះត្រូវចាប់ខ្លួនបាននៅថ្ងៃទី២ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខាងត្បូង ជំពាក់អំពិល ដោយជាប់មកជាមួយនូវបេ៤០មួយដើម និងគ្រាប់ពីរ គ្រាប់មានឋានៈជាយុទ្ធជនក្នុងក្រុមទី៣ នៃកងអនុសេនាធំ៩៥២កង វរសេនាតូច១១៨។ ឈ្មោះនេះធ្លាប់បានរៀនក្បួនយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រនៅ ព្រែកតាមេម ស្រុកកោះធំ ដែលបង្រៀនដោយគ្រូខ្មែរ។ កងឯកភាព នៅក្នុងតំបន់២៥ តែក្រោយមកផ្លាស់មកកាន់តំបន់១៥ វិញ ដែលមានទីតាំងត្រពាំងជ្រៅ នៅជិតវត្ដអង្គថ្ម ដែលមានឈ្មោះ មូល វាត ជាមេបញ្ជាការ និងឈ្មោះ ប៉ិច ហេ ជាមេបញ្ជាការរង មានកម្លាំងទាំងអស់៣០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ធុន។ ចំពោះអាវុធនិង គ្រាប់រំសេវបានមកពីការវាយកងទ័ពជាតិខ្លះ និងជិតក្រោមដីខ្លះ ដែលពួកយៀកកុងយួនបានកប់ទុក។ ពួកខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដទាំងនេះ ប្រជាជនមានការសប្បាយចិត្ដជាមួយណាស់ ពីព្រោះពួកវាមិនដែលធើ្វបាបប្រជាជននៅក្នុងតំបន់នោះទេ ហើយ ពេលប្រមូលផលស្រូវក្នុងរដូវច្រូតកាត់ ពួកវាដើរទិញផលិតផលទាំងនោះ ហើយផើ្ញរទុកនិងផ្ទះអ្នកស្រុកនោះតែម្ដង។
