Touch Saly was a refugee from liberated area because he couldn’t live under enemy’s control. People were tortured and banned form freedom, and even killed. Enemy killed 800 Lon Nol soldiers and the bodies were thrown into wells. Nowadays, the people were waiting for national army to being rescue them from enemy‘s hand. On April 25, 1974, Touch Saly defected and returned to society.
ទូច សាលី ជាជនភៀសខ្លួនមកពីតំបន់រំដោះ។ ដោយពុំអាចរស់នៅ ក្រោមការត្រួតត្រារបស់ខ្មាំង ពួកវាបានធ្វើបាបប្រជាជន និងបំបិទ សេរីភាពគ្រប់យ៉ាង ហើយថែមទាំងសម្លាប់អ្នកស្រុកអស់ជាច្រើន។ ពួកខ្មាំងបានសម្លាប់ទាហានជាតិ (លុន នល់)អស់ចំនួន៨០០នាក់ ដោយដែកផ្លូវរទេះ ហើយយកសាកសពទាំងនោះទម្លាក់ក្នុងអណ្ដូងទឹក។ ឯសព្វថ្ងៃអ្នកស្រុកចាំមើលផ្លូវកងទ័ពជាតិទៅជួយរំដោះឱ្យផុតពីកណ្ដាប់ ដៃខ្មាំង។ តូច សាលី បានចូលមករួបរួមក្នុងសង្គមជាតិវិញនៅថ្ងៃ២៥ មេសា ១៩៧៤។
