Pat Roeun was trained to be a private infantry as a soldier in Cheung Prey in June 1974. And on 26 October 1974 he defected the society because of hardship and misery, what is more he didn't want to live with them. This document also said about military sector, administration, enemy's purpose, politics and psycology.
នៅខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ប៉ាត វឿន បានទទួលការអប់រំក្បាច់ យុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រជាទ័ពថ្មើរជើង ឋានៈជាយុទ្ធជននៅជើងព្រៃ។ ថ្ងៃ២៦ តុលា ១៩៧៤ មករួមរស់សង្គមជាតិ មូលហេតុនៃការចុះចូល ដោយមានការលំបាកវេទនាខ្លាំងពេក ហើយម្យ៉ាងទៀតមិនចង់ រស់នៅក្នុងជួរទ័ពខ្មាំង។ ក្នុងឯកសារនេះមានរៀបរាប់បន្ថែមនូវផ្នែក យោធា ផ្នែករដ្ឋបាល គោលបំណងរបស់ខ្មាំង ផ្នែកនយោបាយ និងផ្នែកចិត្ដសាស្ដ្រ។
