Nhoek Sengkea was a Khmer Rouge soldier, who worked command under Mith Lork’s in battalion 414, which was located in Toul Champei village. The battalion had 300 soldiers. Ideology was practiced to explain to the army to fight against capitalism and not to believe in superstition. However, they were not willing to fight and some of them defected to the government. In 1974, Nhoek Seng Ka returned to society.
ញឹក សេងគា ជាយុទ្ធជននៅកងវរសេនាតូច៤១៤នៃពួកខ្មែរក្រហម ក្រោមបញ្ជាមិត្ដ លក។ កងនេះស្ថិតនៅភូមិទួលចំប៉ី មានបុគ្គលិក ចំនួន៣០០នាក់នៅក្នុងកងនេះ។ ពួកខាងមនោគមន៍វិជ្ជាបានឃោសនា ពន្យល់ឱ្យយុទ្ធជនខំតស៊ូវាយប្រយុទ្ធ វាយបំបាត់វណ្ណៈមូលធន មិនឱ្យជឿអបិយជំនឿ។ ចំពោះទឹកចិត្ដទ័ពរំដោះទាំងអស់គ្មានចិត្ដចង់ ច្បាំងទេ មានកងទ័ពខ្លះរត់ចោលជួរទៅរួបរួមជាតិវិញ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ សេងគា បានវិលត្រឡប់មករួមរស់ក្នុងសង្គមជាតិវិញ។
