Chea Vun Na, war prisoner, was apprehened on 22 November 1973, while he was hiding to ambush naval convoy which was transporting equipment from south Vietnam. He was a normal khmer communist in unit 175 and he used to study military strategy, and politics for Seven months in Svay Tiet village, Svay Rieng province. Then he was trained in the padifield to repair vehicle engine, bikes, bridges. One hundred soldiers were offered the course. Keo Sam Nang was a commander, and Keo Sam Ang was a deputy commander in the unit 175 which was located in Prek Reussei village. This was the first time that Chea Vun Na launched an offensive operation since he had joined the army. As a result he was wounded on his head and captured during this ambush.
ឈើ្លយសង្គ្រាមឈ្មោះ ជា វុនណា ជាយុទ្ធជនសាមញ្ញនៃខ្មែរកុម្មុយ-និស្ដ នៅក្នុងង១៧៥ ធ្លាប់ហាត់រៀនវិជ្ជាយោធា និងនយោបាយបាន ៧ខែនៅក្នុងភូមិស្វាយទៀត ខេត្ដស្វាយរៀង ហើយឈ្មោះនេះត្រូវ ចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែវិចិ្ឆកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ក្នុងពេលដែលធើ្វការពួន ស្ទាក់បាញ់ក្បួននាវាដែលដឹកសម្ភារផេ្សងៗមកពីវៀតណាមខាងត្បូង។ ក្រៅពីនេះពួកខ្មាំងបានបង្រៀនអោយចេះធើ្វម៉ាស៊ីនឡាន, ម៉ូតូ, កង់ និងស្ពាន កន្លែងដែលរៀនគឺវាលស្រែ។ ពលទាហានទទួលការអប់រំមាន ចំនួន១០០នាក់ មេបញ្ជាការនៃកង១៧៥នេះមានឈ្មោះ កែវ សំណាង មេបញ្ជាការរងឈ្មោះ កែវ សំអាង ហើយមានទីតាំងនៅក្នុងភូមិព្រែក ឫស្សី។ ជាលើកទី១ហើយដែលឈ្មោះនេះចេញមកប្រតិបតិ្ដការសឹក ដោយគិតតាំងពីចូលធើ្វការអោយកងទ័ពខ្មាំង ហើយត្រូវបានរងរបួស ត្រង់ក្បាលក្នុងពេលពួនស្ទាក់វាយប្រហារនេះ។
