On 31 January 1973, khmer Viet Cong appointed committee chief of sub-district and district in Kampong Cham province such as:
1. In Tbong Khmum district, Teb Ann was a chief of Kres sub-district and Hoam Lesh was a deputy of special investigation which had 17 members, equip with a pistol.
2. Keo Sus was a chief of chheu Tiel sub-district, and Mat El was a deputy.
3. Kok Phan was a chief of Khlouy sub-district, and Srouy was a deputy.
4. Leng was a chief of Prey Tor Teng sub-district, and Ly Seng was a deputy.
5. Mang was a chief of Mean district in Kampong Siem district and Phen was a scout who had 16 people with guns.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងនៅក្នុងខេត្ដកំពង់ ចាម បានចាត់តាំងគណៈកម្មាការប្រធានសង្កាត់ និងស្រុកដូចជាៈ ១. ក្នុងស្រុកត្បូងឃ្មុំ មានឈ្មោះ ទិច អាន ជាប្រធានសង្កាត់ក្រឹស និងឈ្មោះ ហ័ម ឡេស ជាអនុប្រធានស៊ើបការពិសេស មានគ្នា១៧ នាក់ មានកាំភើ្លងខី្លគ្រប់ដៃ។២. ឈ្មោះ កែវ សុស ជាប្រធានសង្កាត់ឈើទាល និងឈ្មោះ ម៉ាត់ ឯល ជាអនុប្រធាន។៣. មានឈ្មោះ កុក ផាន ជាប្រធានសង្កាត់ខ្លូយ និងឈ្មោះ ស្រូយ ជាអនុប្រធាន។៤. មានឈ្មោះ ឡេង ជាប្រធានសង្កាត់ព្រៃទទឹង និងឈ្មោះ លី សេង ជាអនុប្រធាន។៥. មានឈ្មោះ ម៉ាង ជាប្រធានសង្កាត់មានក្នុង ស្រុកកំពង់សៀម និង ផែន ជាអ្នកស៊ើបការ មានគ្នាចំនួន១៦នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ។
