Kong Hieb aka Kong Ky, Khmer Communist, who defected to the society on 21 May 1974, at military authority in Prek Tamak, used to serve Khmer Communist as a prisoner guard in Kraing village, Sralet sub-district, Pearaing district, Prey Veng province.
ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនីស្ដនេះបានភ្ញាក់រលឹកមករួបរួមក្នុងសង្គមជាតិវិញនៅថ្ងៃ ២១ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ នៅព្រែកតាមាក់ជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរ យោធា។ ហើយជននេះបានចូលបម្រើខ្មាំងខ្មែរកុម្មុយនីស្ដក្នុងឋានៈ ជាឆ្នាំគុកនៅភូមិក្រាំង ឃុំស្រឡិត ស្រុកពារាំង ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង។
