កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Kong Hieb aka Kong Ky, a Khmer Communist, worked as a prisoner guard in Kraing village, Prey Sralet sub-district, Naraing district, Prey Veng district. And on 21 May 1974, he came into the society at authrity of Prey Tamak.
ជននេះបានចូលបម្រើខ្មាំងខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដក្នុងឋានៈជាឆ្មាំគុកប្រចាំក្រាំង ឃុំព្រៃស្រឡឹត ស្រុកណារាំង ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង ហើយបានចូលរួបរួម ក្នុងសង្គមជាតវិញនៅថ្ងៃ២១ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ជាមួយ អាជ្ញាធរព្រែកតាមាក់។
