On July 22, 1974 two liverating soldiers defected to the society with one PM AC. Man El and Ly Sos are in Sreveal village, Me Sarchrey commune, Stung Trang district (Kampong Cham). They joined liberating Khmer movement in battalion ៈ203, Zone304 region31 Kampong Cham section. They said that liberating military head quarter was at Cheung Chhuok mountain which was at zone base 304 including a medic and another base is located at Tuol village with4 Battalions.
ថ្ងៃទី២២ កក្កដា ១៩៧៤ មានកងទ័ពខ្មែររំដោះ២នាក់ បានចុះចូល រួបរួមក្នុងសង្គមជាតិវិញ ដែលបានភ្ជាប់មកជាមួយនូវអាវុធ ប៉េអឹម អាសេមួយដើម។ ឈោ្មះ ម៉ាន់ ឯល នោភូមិស្រែវាល សង្កាត់ មេសរជ្រៃ ស្រុកស្ទឹងត្រង់ (កំពង់ចាម) និងឈ្មោះ លី សុះ នៅ ស្រែវាលដូចគ្នា។ អ្នកទាំងពីរបានចូលបំរើចលនាខ្មែររំដោះក្នុងកងវរៈ លេខ២០៣ ភូមិភាគ៣០៤ តំបន់៣១ ផ្នែកកំពង់ចាម។ អ្នកទាំងពីរបានរាយការណ៍ពីតំបន់រំដោះថា មានទីតាំងធំ នៅភ្នំជើងឆ្នុកដែលជា មូលដ្ឋានភូមិភាគ៣០៤ មានទាំងមនី្ទរពេទ្យផង។ មួយកន្លែងទៀតជា មូលដ្ឋានបន្ទាប់បន្សំ តាំងនៅត្រង់ភូមិទួលមានកងទ័ព៤កងវរៈ។
