Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Prak Phann, 21 years old, was born in Prey Angkoy village, Chrork Matest sub-district, Svay Teach district, Svay Rieng province. He joined khmer communist in 1974 and became combatant in Rom Pear village, WT 965-310, Svay Rieng province, in group k2, kh3, k2. He had never studied any military strategy or politic of the enemy. The reason of defection was the anger with suppression of khmer communist and the homesick. This person defected and joined the military authority in battalion 214, WT 947-276, on 06 January 1975.
ប្រាក់ ផាន អាយុ២១ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅភូមិព្រៃអង្គុយ សង្កាត់ច្រកមេ្ទស ស្រុកទៀច ខេត្ដស្វាយរៀង។ បានចូលបម្រើខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដនៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៤ មានឋានៈជាយុទ្ធជននៅភូមិស្វាយរុំពារ ចំណុចវ៉េតេ៩៦៥- ៣១០ ខេត្ដស្វាយរៀង ក្នុងក្រុម ក២, ខ៣ និងគ២។ ពុំដែលបាន រៀនក្ឃួនយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រ និងនយោបាយខ្មាំងអី្វទេ។ មូលហេតុមកចូលរួប រួមជាមួយសង្គមវិញ មកពីមានកំហឹងចំពោះអំពើជិះជាន់របស់ពួកខ្មែរ កុម្មុយនិស្ដ និងនឹករលឹកដល់ឪពុកម្ដាយ។ ចុះចូលជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរ យោធា ក្នុងកងវរសេនាតូច២១៤ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ៩៤៧-២៧៦ នៅថ្ងៃទី០៦ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥។
