Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
On 12 september 1973, khmer rebels established their operational headquater in Prey Chongrok. It was a forbidden place. Administrative and military communication were prohibitted, in that place. Comrade Vanh was chief of economic committee in region 2 who responsible for supporting and cooperating.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមបានតាំងទីបញ្ជាការ ប្រតិបតិ្ដការនៅព្រៃជង្រុក ហើយពួកវាបានហាមផ្ដាច់មិនអោយនរណាចូលទៅជិតកន្លែងនោះដាច់ខាត ជាពិសេសការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងគ្នា ផ្នែករដ្ឋបាលនិងយោធា។ ប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការសេដ្ឋកិច្ចក្នុងតំបន់២ឈ្មោះមិត្ដ វ៉ាញ ដែលមានតួនាទីខាងជំនួយ និងសហការ។
