Khmer rebels built a hospital in Ta Lo sub-district, Bakarn district and assigned comrade Kheng and his wife, Tem, to supervise the hospital. They also built a propaganda office in the same sub-district.
ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមបានសង់មនី្ទរពេទ្យមួយនៅក្នុងសង្កាត់តាលោ ស្រុកបាកាន ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ មិត្ដ ខេង និងប្រពន្ធឈ្មោះ ធឹម។ ហើយពួកវាបានសង់មនី្ទរឃោសនាការមួយកន្លែងទៀតនៅក្នុងសង្កាត់តាលោ និងស្រុកបាកាន ក្នុងខេត្ដពោធិ៍សាត់ផងដែរ។
