Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Khmer rebels were forcing youths to serve their forces, and most of them were 14 to 35 years old. Anyone attempted to flee from this conscription, would be tortured hardly. Specially, Khmer rebels were preparing a conscription project in order to make up a regiment in which there were 15 battalions. The enemy set up a lot of military strategy training center in Boeng Kak village, Phneou village, Rumlich village and Damnak Thnung village. In each of training center consisted 30 to 50 participants. Mith Ren, who was commander in region 2 and member of provincial committee in Pursat province, was in charge of this regiment after the conscription was done.
ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមកំពុងចាប់បង្ខំយុវជនអាយុពី១៤ទៅ៣៥ឆ្នាំ ឱ្យចូលបម្រើកងទ័ពវាជាដាច់ខាត។ បើមានជនណាមួយលួចរត់មិនព្រមចូលបម្រើ ចលនាវាទេនោះ ខ្មាំងនឹងដាក់ទណ្ឌកម្មជាទម្ងន់។ ពិសេសខ្មាំងកំពុង តែរៀបចំគម្រោងការជ្រើសរើសកងទ័ពឱ្យបានមួយកងវរសេនាធំ ដោយមានទ័ពចំនួន១៥កងវរសេនាតូច។ ខ្មាំងបានបង្កើតមណ្ឌលហ្វឹក ហ្វឺនក្បួនយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រជាច្រើនដូចជានៅបឹងកក់ ភូមិព្នៅ ភូមិរំលេច និងភូមិដំណាក់ធ្នុង។ នៅក្នុងមណ្ឌលនីមួយៗមានសិស្សចំនួនពី៣០ទៅ៥០នាក់ប៉ុណ្ណោះ។ កាលណារៀបចំជ្រើសរើសទ័ពបានមួយកង វរសេនាធំហើយ ត្រូវដាក់នៅក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ មិត្រ រ៉ែន ដែលជាមេបញ្ជាការតំបន់២ និងជាសមាជិកគណៈកម្មការខេត្ដ ពោធិសាត់។
