Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Due to the flood, the enemies who were in action in Kampong Cham province could not attack the national troop there. Therefore, they attacked the national troop in Siem Reap and Kampong Thom province. However, they continued to move from Kampong Thom to attack Kampong Cham by travelling through National road 21, Balang sub-district, Baray district, Kampong Thom province. 500 Riel which contained a girl with water pot on her head, was prohibited in the enemie controling region.
ដោយសារទឹកជំនន់ ពួកខ្មាំងដែលកំពុងប្រតិបតិ្ដការនៅក្នុងខេត្ដ កំពង់ចាម មិនអាចធើ្វការវាយប្រហារកងទ័ពជាតិយើងបាន ពួកវាក៏ បែរមកវាយប្រហារលើកងទ័ពជាតិនៅក្នុងខេត្ដសៀមរាប និងកំពង់ធំ វិញ។ ប៉ុន្ដែពួកវានៅតែធើ្វសកម្មភាពចុះពីខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ មកវាយ ប្រហារនៅក្នុងខេត្ដកំពង់ចាមទៀត ដោយធើ្វដំណើរឆ្លងកាត់ផ្លូវជាតិ លេខ២១ ក្នុងសង្កាត់បាឡាំង ស្រុកបារាយណ៍ ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ។ ពួកវា ហាមឃាត់មិនអោយចាយលុយក្រដាសប្រាក់៥០០រៀល រូបស្រីទូល ក្អម នៅក្នុងតំបន់របស់វាកាន់កាប់។
