Ul Chea was a commander in platoon 3, company 3, battalion 738, positioned in zone 304 North. The battalion 738 consisted of 360 combatants equipped with various weapons, situated in Angdaung Rong village. The commander was Leng. He defected to the society, to brigade 80 at Boeng Kok VU694-154 with two AK-47, four cartridges of bullets on November 16, 1974. This defection resulted from mental and physical exhaustion, so he had no will to fight.
អ៊ុល ជា ជាប្រធានកងអនុសេនាតូច ៣ កងអនុសេនាធំ ៣ កងវរសេនា តូច ៧៣៨ ប្រចាំភូមិភាគ ៣០៤ ឧត្ដរទិស។ ក្នុងកង វរសេនាតូច ៧៣៨ មានទ័ពចំនួន ៣៦០នាក់ដែលមានឈ្មោះឡេង ជាមេបញ្ជាការ ហើយប្រដាប់ដោយកាំភ្លើងគ្រប់ធុន មានទីតាំង នៅក្នុងភូមិអណ្ដូងរូង។ សាមីជននេះបានចូលរួបរួមក្នុងសង្គម ជាតិនៅថ្ងៃ១៦-១១-១៩៧៤ ជាមួយកងទ័ពជាតិ កងពលតូច ៨០នៅបឹងកក់ត្រង់(វីយូ ៦៩៤-១៥៤) ដោយយកមកជាមួយនូវកាំភ្លើងអាកា៤៧ពីរដើម និងប្រអប់ច្រកគ្រាប់ ពេញចំនួន៤ផង។ មូលហេតុនៃការចូលសារភាពគឺមកពីមានការលំបាក យ៉ាងខ្លាំង ទាំងខាងផ្លូវកាយ និងចិត្ដអស់សង្ឃឹមក្នុងការធ្វើសង្គ្រាមតទៅ ទៀត។
