Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
On October 17, 1973, a person named Neang Yoeun, 20, who was a deputy chief of cadre committee of Taing Kra Sao sub-district, convened 13 youths from Taing Kra Sao, Stung, Veal and Prey Kdei in order to join meeting in Veal village in which they were indoctrinated with communist theory and the communist ideology, and convinced them to joint militiaman to protect near Kampong Thom town. After they returned home on October 18, 1973. These youths have fled from that region.
នៅថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ នាង យឿន អាយុ២០ឆ្នាំ ជា អនុប្រធានគណៈកម្មាភិបាលសង្កាត់តាំងក្រសៅ បានកោះហៅយុវជន ១៣នាក់ពីភូមិតាំងក្រសៅ ស្ទោង វាល និង ព្រៃក្ដី មករួមប្រជុំនៅ ភូមិវាល ដើម្បីអប់រំទ្រឹស្ដី និងមនោគមន៍វិជ្ជាកុំម្មុយនិស្ដ និងបញ្ចុះ បញ្ចូលយុវជនទាំងនោះឱ្យបម្រើកងឈ្លបដែលមាននាទីយាមការពារនៅ ជិតក្រុងកំពង់ធំ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ តទៅ។ ក្រោយពីបានវិលត្រឡប់មកផ្ទះវិញ យុវជនទាំងនោះក៏នាំគ្នាគេច ភៀសខ្លួនចេញពីតំបន់នេះ។
