Summary / Abstract :

On September 30, 1973, Khmer rebels and Yuon Viet Congs made up a meeting in order to settle about the food stuffs collection problem to supply to their forces, in which they attempted to attack on the national force position in the wind season. On October 18, 1973, the enemy captured residents in Pralay Meas sub-district, Kampong Leng district, Kampong Chhnang province, and sent them to Kampong Thom and Pursat province in order to buy food and all types of equipment for their troops. These foodstuffs were kept in big boat hidden in Kampong Svay sub-district, Kampong Thom province.
ថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាម និងយួនយៀកកុង បានរួមប្រជុំគ្នាដើម្បីដោះស្រាយពីបញ្ហាប្រមូលទិញស្បៀងយកទៅផ្ដល់ ដល់កងទព័វា សម្រាប់វាយប្រហារកងការពារជាតិយើងក្នុងរដូវ រំហើយ។ នៅថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មាំងបានចាប់អ្នក ស្រុកក្នុងសង្កាត់ប្រឡាយមាស ស្រុកកំពង់លែង ខេត្ដកំពង់ឆ្នាំង ឱ្យ មកកាន់ខេត្ដកំពង់ឆ្នាំង និងក្រគរ ខេត្ដពោធិ៍សាត់ ដើម្បីរកទិញ គ្រឿង ឧបភោគបរិភោគ និងភស្ដុភាគ្រប់បែបយ៉ាងសម្រាប់កងទព័វា។ គ្រឿងឧបភោគបរិភោគទាំងនេះ ពួកវាយកទៅស្ដុកទុកក្នុងទូកធំ ក្នុងសង្កាត់កំពង់ស្វាយ ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ។
