Our agency ៈA12 received information from villager named My, who just received information from other villager fled from enemy's region in which he reported that on October 15, 1973, about 700 Khmer rebels deployed in villages such as: Trapaing Sleng village (VT:694-786), Pray Barei village (VT:665-768), Phnom Dey village (VT:688-784) in Samrong Leu sub-district, Ang Snaul district and had purpose to attack Bek Chan and Toul Lieb headquarter.
ភ្នាក់ងារយើងលេខ អេ១២ បានទទួលពីអ្នកស្រុកឈ្មោះ មី ដោយ គាត់បានទទួលពត៌មានអ្នកស្រុកដែលទើបមកពីតំបន់ខ្មាំង រួចបានផ្ដល់ ពត៌មានដូចតទៅៈ ថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានខ្មែរឧទ្ទាម ចំនួនប្រហែល៧០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ បានមកនៅ រាយគ្នាតាមភូមិនានា ដូចជាភូមិត្រពាំងស្លែង ត្រង់វ៉េតេ៦៩៤- ៧៨៦ ប៉ុសិ៍្ដបញ្ជាការ (ភី.ស៊ី) របស់វាភូមិព្រៃបារី ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៦៦៥-៧៦៨ ភូមិភ្នំដី ត្រង់វ៉េតេ៦៨៨-៧៨៤ សង្កាត់សំរោង លើ ស្រុកអង្គស្នួល គោលបំណងប្រុងវាយប្រហារនៅបន្ទាយបែកចាន និងទួលលៀប។
