On November 5, 1973, about 500 Khmer rebels, under the command of At Chuon traveled from Wat Prek Romiet in O sub-district, Phnom Sruoch district, kampong Speu province, through Wat Phnom Thmat Porng in Peang Lvea district "Kirirom", so as to hide themselves in some villages such as:
- There were 300 national armed forces in Phnom Dei village at VT687-784. - There were 200 national armed forces in Trapeang Kralanh village, Somraong sub-district, Ang Snuol district "Oudong Meanchey". These enemies above, attempted to attack our training center in Kambol, and cut off the nation road No. 4. ថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមប្រហែល៥០០នាក់ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ អាត់ ជួន បានធ្វើចលនាចេញពីវត្ដព្រៃរមៀត ក្នុងសង្កាត់អូ ស្រុកភ្នំស្រួច ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ ដោយឆ្លងកាត់វត្ដភ្នំត្មាតពង ស្រុកពាំងល្វា ខេត្ដគិរីរម្យ ចូលមករាយគ្នាលាក់ខ្លួនតាមភូមិនានា ដូច ជានៅភូមិភ្នំដី ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៦៨៧-៧៨៤ ចំនួន៣០០ នាក់។ នៅភូមិត្រពាំងក្រឡាញ់ សង្កាត់សំរោងលើ ស្រុកអង្គស្នួល «ឧដុង្គ មានជ័យ» ចំនួន២០០នាក់។ ខ្មាំងខាងលើនេះមានបំណងប្រុងវាយ ប្រហារមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលហ្វឹកហ្វឺនយើងនៅកំបូល និងកាត់ផ្ដាច់ផ្លូវជាតិ លេខ៤។
