Sing Meng Ly, male, who was 26 years old. He was born in Thmei village, Peam Prathnuos sub-district, Koh Sotin district, Kampong Cham province. He disappeared. Interviewed with Tham Heng who was 22 years old and was the uncle of Meng Ly. Meng Ly had pretty high and white skin that seem Chinese and his voice also gentle. He was studying at Suong secondary school and after he dropped out from school because of that there were Lon Nol៌s demonstrations, which were a coup to overthrow Samdach Sihanouk. After there were demonstrations for 5 months so he had joined with the liberation soldiers. He was working as sub-district chief at Mlech Mann Hae so he visited to his home and just told that was working as the sub-district chief. After in 1975, when fighting to Phnom Penh and then came to visit home. As that time he told his family that he controlled in battalion. Since that time he disappeared forever until nowadays. It៌s also sought at Tuol Sleng but it did not see him. Whereas Heng, during the Khmer Rouge regime he was appointed as security of village. He had been spying on who steal something in village and thing that can be steal such as bamboo shoot, chicken so if it was seen it will be shaved hair, carried bamboo shoot and shouted as victory, victory. Who stole chicken such as named Ta But. But now on he passed away. Meanwhile, the Southwest Zone took to control, named Chhan, the sub-district chief that was arrested and killed at Koh Sotin at Kbal Koh pogoda. As it៌s killed it៌s caught speaker.
ស៊ឹង ម៉េងលី ភេទប្រុស អាយុ២៦ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅភូមិថ្មី ឃុំពាម ប្រធ្នោះ ស្រុកកោះសូទិន ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ ម៉េងលី បាត់ខ្លួន ជួបសម្ភាសន៍ជាមួយ ថាំ ហេង អាយុ៦២ឆ្នាំ ជាឪពុកមា។ ម៉េងលី មានរាងខ្ពស់ ស ដូចកូនចិន សំដីសុភាព។ ម៉េងលី រៀននៅអនុវិទ្យា សួង ក្រោយមកឈប់រៀនព្រោះមានបាតុកម្មលន់ នល់ ធ្វើរដ្ឋ ប្រហារទម្លាក់ សមេ្ដចសីហនុ។ ក្រោយមានរដ្ឋប្រហារបាន៥ខែ ម៉េងលី ក៏ចូលទៅកងទ័ពរំដោះ ហើយធ្វើជាគណៈឃុំ នៅម្លិចមាន់ ហើរ ព្រោះបានមកលេងផ្ទះទើបប្រាប់ថាធ្វើជាគណៈឃុំ ក្រោយឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ពេលដែលវ៉ៃ ទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញហើយមកលេងផ្ទះ ដែរតែប្រាប់ថាកាន់វរសេនាតូច ចាប់តាំងពីពេលហ្នឹងមកគឺបាត់ដំណឹង ទល់សព្វថៃ្ង ធ្លាប់ទៅរកនៅគុកទួលសែ្លងដែរតែមិនឃើញ។ ចំណែក ហេង នៅក្នុងសម័យខែ្មរក្រហម គេឱ្យធ្វើជាសន្ដិសុខភូមិ ចាំមើលអ្នកណាលួចរបស់របរក្នុងភូមិ របស់ដែលលួចមានដូចជា ទំពាំង មាន់ ហើយលួចពេលដែលគេចាប់បានគេឱ្យកោសក់ រែកទំពាំង និងស្រែកជ័យឃោស។ អ្នកដែលលួចមាន ដូចជាតាបុត តែឥឡូវស្លាប់បាត់ហើយ។ នៅពេលខាងនីរតីចូលមកគ្រប់គ្រង ម្ដង គេចាប់មេឃុំ ឈ្មោះ ឈន យកទៅសម្លាប់នៅកោះសូទិន នៅវត្ដក្បាលកោះ ពេលដែលគេសម្លាប់គឺគេចាប់មេក្រូ។
