Hy Lim Huong alias Phoann, was born in 1951 in Rorka Kaong village, Morha Leap sub-district, Koh Sotin district, Kampong Cham province. He disappeared. Interviewed with Yeng, who was his neighbor. He had a father, who named Ta Huk that died in Khmer Rouge regime and his mother, who named Heing. Lim Huong had 4 siblings [1girl + 3boys]. He was studying just at grade-8 (educated in old system). Then he joined the revolution on 25 September, 1972 at 22-Area Produce Office. The importer was Khun because of unsatisfied with all kinds of class enemies. And after joining the revolution for 1 year so he pursued to study as the medico at hospital school at Region-22. After he had finished the medical student he was working as medical staff military. In 1975, he came to produce at stat market. In 1977, he moved to working at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs until in 1977, he shifted to the Ministry of Commerce. Yeng, during the Khmer Rouge regime she was assigned to plant the rice plant, although she was having pregnant that it was about to deliver a baby but she had been worked under pressure of the Khmer Rouge. It was not provided adequate food to eat. It was just gruel.
ហី លឹមហួង ហៅ ភាន់ កើតឆ្នាំ១៩៥១ នៅភូមិរការកោង ឃុំមហាលាភ ស្រុកកោះសូទិន ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ លឹមហួង បាត់ខ្លួន ជួបសម្ភាសន៍ជាមួយ យ៉េង ជាអ្នកជិតខាង។ ឪពុករបស់ លឹមហួង ឈ្មោះ តាហុក ស្លាប់ក្នុងជំនាន់ប៉ុល ពត និងម្ដាយឈ្មោះ ហ៊ាង។ លឹមហួង មានបងប្អូន ៤នាក់ ស្រីមួយ ប្រុស៣នាក់។ លឹមហួង រៀនបានត្រឹមថ្នាក់ទី៨ឪចាស់ឱ។ ចូលបដិវត្ដន៍នៅថៃ្ងទី២៥ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ នៅមន្ទីរផលិតតំបន់២២ អ្នកនាំចូលគឺឃុន ព្រោះមានការឈឺចាប់នឹងខ្មាំងវណ្ណៈ គ្រប់ប្រភេទ។ ហើយក្រោយពី ចូលបដិវត្ដន៍បានមួយឆ្នាំក៏រៀនពេទ្យ នៅសលាពេទ្យតំបន់២២ ចេញពីពេទ្យមកធ្វើជា ពេទ្យយោធា។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ មកបង្កើន ផលនៅផ្សាររដ្ឋ។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧ ផ្លាស់ទៅក្រសួងការបរទេស រហូត ដល់ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧ ទៅខាងពាណិជ្ជកម្មវិញ។ យ៉េង នៅក្នុងសម័យខែ្មរក្រហមគេឱ្យស្ទូងស្រូវ ទោះជាគាត់មានផៃ្ទពោះជិតគ្រប់ខែក៏ខែ្មរក្រហមនៅតែ ឱ្យធ្វើការដែរ ចំពោះរបបហូបចុកគឺមិនគ្រប់គ្រាន់ទេ ហូបតែបបរ។
