Ou Oeun, a Khmer communist combatant in group 1, Kh-1, K-49, Kh-103 in region 20, was a prisoner of war, who was caught in a fighting in Kan Tuot by national soldiers in battalion 677 on July 11, 1974. Weapons in unit K-49 comprised: of 60mm mortars, 30mm machine guns, RMAC guns, B40 guns, CKC, Ak47 guns and granade etc.
ឈ្មោះ អ៊ូ អឿន ជាឈ្លើយសឹកក្នុងសមរភូមិកន្ទួត ដែលត្រូវបាន កងទ័ពជាតិក្នុងកងវរសេនាតូច៦៧៧ ចាប់ខ្លួនបាននៅថ្ងៃ១១ កក្កដា ១៩៧៤ ក្នុងពេលកំពុងប្រយុទ្ធ។ ជននេះមានឋានៈជាសមាជិកយុទ្ធ- ជននៃកងទ័ពខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដក្នុងក្រុមទី១ ខ-១ គ-៤៩ ឃ-១០៣ ប្រចាំតំបន់២០។ នៅក្នុងអង្គភាព គ-៤៩ នេះមានប្រើអាវុធដូចជា កាំភ្លើងត្បាល់៦០មម, មីត្រីយឺ៣០មម, អ៊ែអ៊ឹមអាសេ, បេ៤០, សេកាសេ, អាកា៤៧ និងគ្រាប់បែកដៃ។
