Chap Yean, male, was 19 years old. He was born in Kampong Speu village, Kampong Reap sub-district, Koh Sotin district, Kampong Cham province. He was disappeared. Interviewed with Chou Kruoh, that is 71 year-old who was his mother. Yean had gone along with Sok and Suon. Yean had brown skin with big body. He was also pretty high. He was studying until Grade-7 (educated in old system) and then he had joined as military that before was eating with altogether for 4-5 months and after he left to work as soldier that it was not heard from about him. Whereas Kruoh was appointed to plant rice plant and she was not eaten enough food, however, she could eat only water of porridge and keeping rice grain of porridge for her husband, who was sick. In 1977, it will be evacuated to live at Lvea Em that she was told that there were many fishes to eating but after that it was not evacuated. Kruoh has supported to establish the court that can be sought justice for her son.
ចាប យាន ភេទប្រុស អាយុ១៩ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅភូមិកំពង់ក្ដី ឃុំកំពង់រាប ស្រុកកោះសូទិន ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ យាន បាត់ខ្លួន ជួបសម្ភាសន៍ជាមួយ ជូ គ្រោះ អាយុ៧១ឆ្នាំ ជាម្ដាយ។ យាន ចេញទៅជាមួយឈ្មោះ សុខ និងសួន។ យាន មានសំបុរសណែ្ដកបាយ មាឌធំ និងរាងខ្ពស់។ យាន រៀនដល់ថ្នាក់ទី៧ឪចាស់ឱ ហើយយាន ចេញទៅធ្វើកងទ័ពគឺមុនបាយរួម៤៥ខែ ហើយចាប់ពីចេញ ទៅគឺបាត់ដំណឹងរហូត។ ចំណែក គ្រោះ គេឱ្យស្ទូងស្រូវ ចំណែករបបហូបចុកគាត់មិនហ៊ានហូបគ្រាប់ អង្ការទេទុកឱ្យប្ដីដែលមានជំងឺ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧ គេប្រុងជម្លៀសមកខាងល្វាឯម ដោយគេប្រាប់ថា មានត្រីធំៗសំបូរហូប តែក្រោយមកមិនបានជម្លៀសវិញ។ គ្រោះ ចង់ឱ្យមានតុលាការដើម្បីរក យុត្ដិធម៌ឱ្យកូនរបស់គាត់។
