San Rong aka Srorn, cadre of regiment, division 335, confessed that he was a superiors of Phoan. Phoan received a plot from Srorn to build up traitorous forces and secretly to keep treacherous-assigned network, to persuade combatants to get angry with the party, to convince combatants and people to revolt against the party's leading guideline and also to support the Vietnamese regime.
សន រ៉ុង ហៅ ស្រន កម្មាភិបាលវរសេនាធំ កងពល៣៣៥ បាន និយាយថា ខ្លួនជាថ្នាក់លើរបស់ ភាន់។ ភាន់ បានទទួលផែនការពី ស្រន អោយកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់លក្ខការណ៍ខ្សែចាត់តាំងក្បត់ បំផុសយុទ្ធជនអោយខឹងបក្ស បំផុសប្រជាជន និងយុទ្ធជន អោយប្រឆាំងនឹងការដឹកនាំរបស់បក្ស និងអោយគាំទ្រ របបវៀតណាម។
