Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
A Khmer communist Pen Chhe called Chhaom Savat, chief of Chhlong district, permanent member of region 21 in East zone, betrayed his own unit and then, was caught by soldiers in his former unit. On June 02, 1977, he was interrogated by soldiers, and he confessed about his betrayed policy, mobilization of betrayers, a structural leadership of betrayors, meeting with Vietnamese soldiers and the places where they hid weapons.
ឈ្មោះ ប៉ែន ឆែ ហៅ ឆោម សាវ៉ាត ជាខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដដែលមាន តួនាទីជាលេខាស្រុកឆ្លូង និងសមាជិកនៅតំបន់២១ ភូមិភាគបូព៌ា។ ជននេះបានក្បត់ពីអង្គការរបស់វា ហើយត្រូវពួកវាចាប់មកសួរ ចម្លើយនៅថ្ងៃទី២ មិថុនា ១៩៧៧ ដោយឆ្លើយសារភាពអំពីការអប់រំ នយោបាយក្បត់, សកម្មភាពក្បត់, ការកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់, រៀបចំ ក្បាលម៉ាស៊ីនកម្លាំងក្បត់, សកម្មភាពដែលមានទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយយួន ព្រមទាំងទីតាំងនៃការលាក់អាវុធ។
