Koem Khin was permitted to work for the sake of Ministry of National Khmer Armed Forces. He was responsible for contacting with Khmer liberation in order to convince them to join the government.
ឈ្មោះ កឹម ឃិន ត្រូវអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍ឱ្យក្រសួង យោធពលខេមជាតិក្នុងការទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយខ្មែររំដោះ ដើម្បីរួបរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាល។
