Srei Meas was allowed to work for the sake of Ministry of National Khmer Armed Forces in Ton Rong region, Baribo district, Kampong Chhnang province. He was in charge of having contact with Khmer liberation and Khmer Rouge in order to persuade them to join the goverment.
ឈ្មោះ ស្រី មាស ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍ដល់ ក្រសួងយោធពលខេមជាតិ នៅក្នុងតំបន់ទុនរង ស្រុកបរិបូណ៍ ខេត្ដ កំពង់ឆ្នាំង ដើម្បីទាក់ទងខ្មែររំដោះ និងខ្មែរក្រហមឱ្យចូលរួបរួមជាមួយ រដ្ឋាភិបាលវិញ។
