Sam Yi was permitted to work for the sake of Ministry of National Khmer Armed Forces in Amleang and Thpong district, Kampong Speu province. He was in charge of communicating with Khmer Rouge and Khmer liberation in order to convince them to return to the government.
ឈ្មោះ សំ យី ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍របស់ក្រសួង យោធពលខេមជាតិនៅតំបន់២៧០១ ស្រុកថ្ពង និងស្រុកអមលាំងខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ ដើម្បីទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយខ្មែររំដោះ និងខ្មែរក្រហម ឱ្យមក ចូលរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលវិញ។
